Stacey Update

Stacey's surgery went well yesterday. They had no suprises during surgery, however they did find some additional nodes under her armpit that raised some concerns. They removed them all, and are doing testing on them. They should have the test results back on Monday or Tuesday. She came home from the hospital this morning, and is resting at home. My mom is staying wth her until she feels good again. Thanks to everyone for their prayers.

My Family News

Well, we have had a run of unfortunate news lately. My twin sister Stacey was diagnosed with Breast Cancer 2 weeks ago. She is going to have a double masectomy next Wednesday in Phoenix. I really want to go and be there for her and her family. I am praying that it will work out to go. Stacey is very special to me, and I love her so much. I am praying for her difficult time, and praying for wisdom at how I can encourage her family through this tough time.

Bethany's Haircut and Sunday at Disneyland

Bethany, Amy, and I went to get their haircuts on Saturday. We went out to lunch, and they hot their haircuts, and then we dropped by and said hello to Amy's brother, Andrew and the kids. It was a good day all around. Bethany chose to get a shorter hair cut. This is not my (Keith's) influence. She came up with this on her own.

Sunday we went to church, and went out to lunch with our friends. We all went to Disneyland later that day, and had a great time. It was pretty crowded. Here are some of the pictures of the weekend.

Visit with Stacey in Ventura

We had the opportunity to drive to Ventura, and see my sister Stacey, and her husband Dan, and their daughter Alyssa. It was a great day. We had lunch with my Dad, and saw some friends from my childhood. It was a great day.

Easter

I know I am late, but we had a great Easter Sunday with Amy's family in Yucaipa. Here are some pictures of that day.

Amy and I went to the Grand Canyon

Amy and I had an extended weekend away. We had the opportunity to leave on Friday morning, after Amy's parents, and some friends watched the kids. Zach and Bethany went to Yucaipa with the grandparents, and Eli stayed with his friend Mario in Grand Terrace. We headed out for the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel in Williams, AZ. We arrived there on Friday at 3pm. We unloaded, and went out for a little tour of the town of Williams, which is famous for the Grand Canyon Railway Hotel, and Historic Route 66. We checked all that out, and went to Flagstaff to watch a movie, and have some Starbucks. Saturday, we went to the Grand Canyon on the train from Williams. It was a blast. We got to know a lot of people, that is the salesman side of me. We had a great lunch at the Grand Canyon, and then we went on a 2 mile trail along the rim. We took the train home, and it was a great trip. We got robbed on the train, by some cowboys. It was pretty cool. Sunday, we went to Hoover Dam, and took pictures of that, and spent the night in Las Vegas, and came home early on Monday morning. We got to see V-the Variety Show at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas. It was a nice evening.
